- employment and income details for affordability and referencing purposes
- previous tenancy history and landlord or agent references
- bank or payment details for the collection of rent and deposit payments
- records of maintenance requests, property inspections, and correspondence with our team
- any other information you provide during the application, tenancy, or move-out process

- pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and navigation paths (collected via Vercel Analytics)

All third-party processors are contractually obligated to process your data securely and only in accordance with our documented instructions.
6. International Transfers
Some of our technology service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom (for example, Vercel and Google operate servers globally). Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or that the recipient country has been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Enquiry data (where no contract follows) — up to 24 months after your last interaction with us
- Contractual data (guaranteed rent agreements) — for the duration of the agreement plus 6 years to comply with statutory limitation periods
- Tenant and occupier data — for the duration of the tenancy plus 6 years. Right-to-rent check records are retained for the duration of the tenancy plus 12 months, as required by the Immigration Act 2014
- Referencing and credit-check data — retained only for as long as necessary to complete the referencing process, unless a tenancy is entered into (in which case it forms part of the tenancy record above)
- Marketing consent records — until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period to process the withdrawal
- Website analytics data — in accordance with Vercel's data retention policies
